Zach and Andy both covered Dream Theater’s Erotomania

For whatever reason, it seemed like Dream Theater‘s Erotomania was the song to practice and learn some new chops on at the time (early 2005?).
Zach used it as his audition CD for Berklee, and had friend, Andrew Hoyle track drums.
Around the same time, I used to put a playlist on shuffle a lot and just drum along on my V drums to songs for fun. Erotomania was definitely a fun one. I remember playing it a few times in a row sometimes. In this video, as you can see, I don’t have everything down 100%, but it was just for fun, so hey! Can you blame me?
In the video “Death and Dying” by Death by Stereo comes directly afterwards.

This is awesome. AES should release a whole album (or EP) of covers, sort of like the bonus disc on Dream Theater’s “Black Clouds And Silver Linings”.
I believe the Death by Stereo song is actually called “Sticks and Stones”.
